TrustPast Terms of Use
Last updated October 16, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of https://trustpast.com. The site is run by TrustPast (“TrustPast”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
We help owners of established US businesses, and founders of businesses that have closed, find out if a data buyer would license a de-identified copy of the company’s retained business records for training AI models. Qualifying companies apply to the buyer themselves, through our link.
We are an independent referral partner of micro1 and of Polyshares. Each is the purchaser under its own program and agreement, and pays us a referral fee when a company that applied through our link completes a deal. We share nothing with either buyer. Your company pays us nothing. Full details are in our Referral Disclosure.
3. The estimate is not an offer
- The estimate on this site is for information only. It is not binding.
- The buyer alone decides whether to make an offer, and at what price.
- Nothing on this site is an offer to purchase anything.
4. No guarantee
We do not guarantee any offer, any price, or any timeline.
5. What we are not
We are not a broker, an agent, a law firm, an accountant or a financial adviser. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for confirming that your company owns the rights to its records.
- You are responsible for your own legal review before you agree to anything with the buyer.
7. No warranty
The site and the estimate are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limit on our liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the site, these terms or our service is limited to $100.
9. Changes
We may change the site and these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when these terms last changed.
10. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by US law and the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be heard only in the courts of Wyoming.
